"Hotel was really nice and the heated pool was fantastic! Breakfast was really good as well. The only complaint we had was our room key kept freezing daily and we had to get a new one 2x and on the third day a new person, who was very helpful, said previously whoever made our keys kept doing it for 1 day only. Which isn’t the worse but definitely an inconvenience. We were also there for 4 days and not once did we get any room service. I’m not sure is that’s something you have to ask for but never had that happen before."

"Was an absolutely amazing stay. The food in the morning and every night along with the snacks was one of the best perks, friendly staff clean hotel. The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the TV to a smart TV for apps. I will definitely be staying in this chain again when I travel. "

"It has a weird vibe going in. I walked in and it almost felt like a nursing home or maybe halfway house? People just sitting in the lobby area waiting for anyone to walk in so they could heckle them? It seems they were the actual residents. It wasnt unsafe just awkward. The room was very basic no amenities. The front desk isn't 24hrs. I went to check out at 8:50 am and the desk was closed. I just had to leave my key on the desk. It was such a strange set up and schedule. I didnt hate it or enjoy it. Neutral feelings."

"Property was beautiful! Room was huge, balcony was ideal, and location was quiet, scenic, and relaxing. The staff member at check-in wasn't the friendliest, but overall the staff were great. The spa and steakhouse are phenomenal!!! I was disappointed that I wasn't able to enjoy the live music in the Tack Room, as the staff explained that amenity is for club members only after 4pm. I feel if paying a daily resort fee, that should qualify for member access for this type of entertainment. "
