The spa and steakhouse are phenomenal!!! I was disappointed that I wasn't able to enjoy the live music in the Tack Room, as the staff explained that amenity is for club members only after 4pm. I feel if paying a daily resort fee, that should qualify for member access for this type of entertainment. "

"I arrived at the hotel shortly before 10 PM but was informed that my room was not ready, and I would need to wait for an hour for the room to be cleaned and prepared. The receptionist was friendly but unable to provide a room when needed, so she gave me the option of canceling my reservation and finding other accommodations. I did that."

"There were no arrival instructions. Had to make phone calls to figure out how to get inside. Once inside realized there was no private entrance. The space had not been properly cleaned. There were cleaning supplies left out on the counter and dirty towels in a basket near the shower. We found another place to stay and asked for a refund which we did receive."
