"Really great experience! Lots of extra fees unfortunately on top of actual cost. We chose to drive and park. It was an additional $28 plus a security deposit which added an extra $77. We only stayed one night. Free breakfast was amazing. Just be aware of final cost when comparing! We would and will likely stay here again. Room as also big!"

"The overall hotel and resort was very nice. It had everything you could want in very nice surroundings. The security personnel were great and very helpful as was the maintenance staff. I had a problem with my door and they fixed it within an hour. The issue was , housekeeping. I was there for 21 days and I had to phone on 4 or 5 occasions to have my room cleaned. The resort stated that they would clean every other day , this did not happen. my room was never hoovered and was never dusted, I actually took photos of this. My bed sheets were changed once in 21 days and I know this as the sheets had a tear in them and it was still there when I left. The television on the whole resort stopped working for over 12 hours, there was no explanation or offers of compensation of reduction in the resort fee For the amount of money paid I was very disappointed"
