"This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."

"My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. "We loved staying here. Everything is pristine and clean. The breakfast was delicious - the blueberry pancakes likely the best I’ve had in my life. Very walkable to everything on Main Street. Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"The hotel is superbly located in the center of Chatham within walking distance to all shops on Main Street. The hotel is very well decorated and cozy. The room is also very cozy and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is typical but good."

"Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. "It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! "Well situated near the main areas. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. However, it is a bit outdated. "Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again."

"The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am.
