"Bien"

"Absolutely beautiful property with amazing, helpful staff. It is very close to the city but not right in the center (a short 5-minute drive). We actually preferred this. It really was a little bittersweet to leave. We will stay there again."

"Super close to several restaurants in town and Caldera. Staff were super helpful and accommodating."

"When we arrived, the GPS took us to a steep back street and we were lost. We parked up in a spot that was clearly not for us and found the hotel on foot. Carlos checked us in and was so incredibly friendly and helpful, walking with us outside the hotel and showing us where we should park. His English was outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to find the sites we wanted to see. Andorra la Velle is a beautiful and clean town. No graffiti and no dog poop anywhere though...

"We stayed in the aparthotel. It's in a slightly different location to the hotel. It's actually nearer to the sports centre than the hotel. The sports centre gym and swim and spa are superb. The gym is extremely well equipped. There is the opportunity to play squash, tennis and padel. The half board meals are in the hotel. Be prepared for approx 5-8mins walk from the apartment to the hotel, it's not a big deal. But if its cold wear a coat! The food is well prepared and tasty and decent choice. ...

"Neat, clean and spacious rooms! Wonderful location ! Great parking! Lovely lobby: very friendly staff! Breakfast buffet was great! Next time I will go there during skiing season! The view of the mountains is spectacular!"

"Hospitalité exemplaire"

"One night stop on a summer road trip with our teenagers. Adjoining rooms were very good value. This hotel is old fashioned but clean, had everything we needed including breakfast. Nearby car parks were very cheap. Not a lot in the local town but 10 minutes drive from Naturland or Andorra la Vella which was great. No AC but massive fans and doors to balconies kept it cool. We reccomend this for a pit stop if youre passing through."

"The reservation system has been hacked so we have had multiple phishing attempts on WhatsApp - staff seemed nonchalant when we reported this. It’s more of a budget hotel - one crappy pillow and an air conditioning system that didn’t seem to function. Hard to recommend."

"Buffet Breakfast is good, free parking, staffs are very friendly and helpful"

"Personnel super sympa"

"I’ve been staying here for years and it’s been through about three owners… this last visit may well be the last time. I’ve always just pulled up to the parking gate, pressed the button and they’ve let me in and then I’ve gone upstairs to check in. This time they wouldn’t let me in until I’ve checked in which meant leaving my motorcycle with all the gear in the Street whilst waiting for the check-in queue. The guy on reception was very grumpy to deal with. There’s plenty of other hotels!"

"Proximité centre. Ville grande chambre"
