Our room had wonderful views of the water and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing, starting with the owner who personally walked around greeting guests. "Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was great and the balcony breakfast area was just lovely. Staff always ready with helpful recommendations. We took advantage of the laundry service which was great. Location of hotel was very central and walkable to the tourist areas. Highly recommend!"

Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. (We found parking garage, and paid about 25€ a day)"

Very quiet when you close the windows and turn on A/C so slept very well. Parking limited in the area - if you are staying longer they might let you park behind hotel if there is room. Staff very accommodating."

"Excellent stay and amazing location. Parking is available at the plaza parking which is a shot walk away. Hotel is great. But not thing you need to be aware of is the hotel closes after 11pm so you may have to call them and let them know you need back into your room, only took a few moments. Nice daily breakfast included and roof top patio to use."
