Room amenities provided is useful and makes stay convenient and comfortable. The variety and quality of the Breakfast is much better than our previous staying. We are satisfied with it this time. The shower has slow drainage, this was the only negative experience. The front desk was polite and enthusiastic. We will be back again.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, especially the accommodations rooms. I have mobility issues and could get around the room with ease. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place to lay their head while traveling, to stay at the Townplace.

Having a kitchen in the hotel room and the cleanliness of the hotel were definite positives. The staff was friendly and very helpful.i was a bit let down by the lack of an icemaker machines on each floor and the limited breakfast options available each morning. The hotel offered a great selection of breakfast each day however they did not provide enough quantity for their guests. Each day there was a shortage of one or more items that were provided for breakfast.

I had a disappointing experience with the night-time front desk service during my stay. I called ahead to ask a question and was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes before I ultimately hung up. I tried calling back a few minutes later, but no one answered. When I arrived to check in, I waited several minutes at the front desk before the same representative emerged from the back office, still on her cell phone on what appeared to be a personal call. I want to note that this was not representative of my entire stay. The morning front desk representative was pleasant, helpful, and provided excellent service. The inconsistency between shifts was disappointing, and I'd encourage management to address the night-time front desk experience.
