Fint, der var hvad vi skulle bruge, sengene kunne være bedre, men de var ok. Hurtigt svar fra udlejer da vi havde et spørgsmål til overnatningen. Flink ung mand der viste os rundt i lejligheden.
My partner and I travelled 8 hours on a bus to Florence, and we were stuck waiting on the street for over an hour to get let into our apartment. Not a very good experience pretty disappointed. I followed the exact instructions for check in messaging the WhatsApp number of my arrival time, and the reception claims he didn’t receive my message but he ended up communicating with me on the same chat I initially messaged so he clearly got it but didn’t check.

Florence stay
We stayed for 2 nights and whilst the initial communication was excellent from Yorick. After check in, we were given a number to call if there was problem - which there was with the internet - a message was sent on 1st day and 4 days later we have received no further response from them, not even to apologise for the inconvenience. The floors were dirty, that you needed to wear shoes at all times. There was no extra linen available to cover extra pillows. For those with any mobility issues, this apartment was on the 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs) and no lift available. The bathroom is also located up a narrow flight of stairs, directly off the kitchen - with no hand rail. The location was good with places to see close-by and plenty of eateries. It is a 15 mins walk to the main station over cobbled pathways.
Overall it is a basic stay for a low rate, but for me I would stay elsewhere next time.
If anyone is sensitive bed bugs or insects bites. Do not choose this property. The place is old and run down. The photos shown on the website look new but actually look like 20 years old property. 2 of us who just check in experience insect bites and itchy on the skin after sitting on the sofa. I use the mosquito repellent not helping much. Owner provided repellent coil which mean they knew they have bugs & insects problem. They do not have 24 hours service counter to solve our problem. Service staff only meet us and pass the key then left the place. We only communicate through WhatsApp. Since it was later when we check 8n after 7pm. I would to 2 contact telephone via WhatsApp but no reply till next morning 9am. We leave the place immediately after 1 hours as both of us develop rashes on our neck, arms. We decided to check out immediately to find another hotel. We request to cancel 2nd day booking but the management ask us to show the bug to them. It is ridiculous to request us to go to sit and get beaten then find the bugs. Hotel.com service staff also never reply our request for cancellation. I have no issue after moving to another 3 star rated hotel nearby.

Ho trovato la struttura e la posizione ottime.
Un po meno l'accoglienza, nemmeno un bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo, eccessivo il costo per la pulizia, considerate le condizione in cui ho trovato il divano.
Ma la cosa più fastidiosa è stata quella di non offrire un sistema di deposito bagagli visto che il chekout era previsto entro le 10, decisamente presto.
Feels just like home! It’s a very cozy loft and have everything you need, including a Bluetooth speaker! We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back again!
