This is a wonderful place to stay while in Florence. It is walking distance from all of the historical sites. It is close to so many restaurants. Francesca is so very helpful and available. I most strongly recommend staying here if you are going to be in Florence.

Could not have asked for a better experience - in every way. The apartment was spacious and clean and in a brilliant location close to all the sights and landmarks. Our host Francesca was on hand if needed from start to finish, including the booking of transport to/from the airport. Overall, it was outstanding.

Great location and excellent communication. The property is a bit dated, but some areas are upgraded, it is managed well and kept very clean. We had a good experience overall with an added advantage of being in central Florence.

Easy access to a centrally located apartment in Firenze. Clean and wonderfully furnished with stocked kitchen. Large sofabed available. Shower enclosure leaks a bit so beware the floor will get wet.

If there were 6 stars, we would give Francesca at the Palazzo Alfani all of them. She is a perfect host, the flat is spacious, right across the street from the entrance to the David. 4 Blocks from the Duomo, and close to great shopping. We loved it there.

편안하고 여유로운 숙박

산타 마리아 노벨라 역에서는 좀 걸어야 하지만, 피렌체 관광지야 어디에서 묵든 다 걸어서 갈 수 있으니 큰 문제는 아닙니다. 특히 아카데미아 미술관 입구 바로 맞은편이라 다비드상 보러 가기엔 너무 좋았습니다. 아침에 예매도 없이 현장에서 줄도 안 서고 입장했네요. 매니저이신 프란체스카의 친절함이 고마웠고, 마지막날 분실물을 방안에서 찾을 때, 직접 가구를 치우고 엎드려서 소파 아래까지 찾아주시는 노력까지 해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 아파트먼트 하나를 통째로 쓰는 셈이라 거실, 주방, 안방, 욕실까지 공간은 충분했습니다. 인테리어도 깔끔한 화이트 톤이라 기분 좋았습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이라면 샤워기 수압이 좀 약한 편이라는 것입니다.
