There was an issue upon check-in with a friend and her room being already taken by another person. The staff member wasn’t too kind or friendly to her when trying to fix a mistake he had made while checking her in. But it was rectified in the end. Otherwise, my stay was lovely.

Fönster mot innergården som var minimal, inget ljus i rummet. Stort rum med bra standard, mycket fint badrum. Vi fick ett rum för tre så gott om plats för bagage. Perfekt rum för familj. Hissen gick inte från bottenvåningen, lång trappa att bära bagaget uppför.

Tiene buena comunicación con los clientes, fueron comprensivos con que mi tren se retrasara y con un inconveniente en mi habitación. El desayuno me parece bueno, sencillo, pero suficiente. Está en un excelente zona, la estación de trenes queda muy cerca y para llegar a los lugares turísticos, es muy fácil, casi no tuve que usar transporte. Las habitaciones son insonorizadas al parecer porque yo no tuve ningún problema con el ruido

The hotel was nice, the rooms large, breakfast hearty, and the staff was outstanding. They helped us with anything we needed including finding taxis and making reservations at a nearby excellent restaurant.
