"Rooms very clean. Definitely stay again."

"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

"Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately, the service I received from the reception team was not helpful or welcoming at all. I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help. The reception team is the first point of contact for guests, so I believe good communication and customer service are extremely important. Sadly, this was not my experience. The attitude...

"Had to go 2 different shops to get keys to the room. Also had to pay bond deposit which I am stll waiting to be refunded."

"Safe and convenient secure parking. Location close to eateries and attractions. Room amenities are basic."

"Pros: - Right in front of the beach. - Free city bus stop right on the doorstep. - Walkable distance to shops and lighthouses. Cons: - The shower heads need maintenance. They are quite wobbly. - Soundproofing could be improved. Street and neighbour noise can be a bit noticeable."

"Great modest well equipped motel"

"Clean room, very close to the beach, staff is very friendly. No WiFi. 😢"

"Nothing incredible to note. Very expensive for what it is. Old run down motel. But sky high prices. Expected better."

"We rather drive back to Sydney than to sleep here. No aircon, shared bathroom, creepy hallways."

"I will never stay there again"

"I run a hotel in Sydney and to be honest I came away after 2 nights with some amazing ideas for my property. I couldnt fault the room the staff the whole experience was fault less. If asked to rate it out of 10 I give it 11"

"Very neat and quite rooms"

"The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room. The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end. The basin in the bathroom was very very low. The shower needed a good scrub. Better quality toilet paper,so thin."

"Well kept and currently under some further renovation this property is a little out of town in lovely natural environs. Beautiful town - well worth a visit"
