"We had a fabulous stay at Taronga Zoo Resort. Everyone was was knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was beautiful and the zoo was extraordinary! Just like the ads show, we had a Koala outside our window in our animal view room. I highly recommend staying here and taking the personal tours offered."

"Well presented clean room, a later checkout was provided on request."

"Great location and spacious room. Housekeeping is very late in the day (afternoons post 12pm) and the towels are not the most clean smelling"

"The hotel is well appointed and located. The room was comfortable, bathroom even better. The hotel has a musty, damp odour however which was unpleasant. Improved with the a/c on but still lingered in the hallways and lift."

"Clean, friendly staff and good location near the metro station"

"Clean room"

"So close to the metro but you have to walk through the steep slope. The room is clean and staff also helpful."
