"Check in was quick and professional"

"Breakfast was very good, much better than other Champneys hotels we have stayed at. Room was nice but the TV unfortunately kept cutting out. Really friendly and helpful staff, and a luxury feel."

"Hotel location great. Rooms good although "free" tea and coffee facilities would be good. Buffet breakfast good and had hot food which the hotel site does not advertise. Probably unfair to mark the stay poor but for the following issue. Called the A&O help centre which appears to be in Germany. Unable to get the number for the hotel. Asked if they had a luggage room as we were arriving in Manchester early and the event we were attending kicked off before the 3pm check in time. Told they didn't...

"Excellent gym. Brilliant helpful gym staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfy spacious room."

"Very close to the railway station and both terminals. Quick check in and check out. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. We've stayed here about six or seven times now. A bit more expensive than other hotels at the airport but worth it."

"The hotel is my favoyrite hotel in Manchester. The rooms and communal areas are spotless and the staff are helpfull and friendly. The ambience is laid back and relaxing. Will always stay here when in the city."

"Brilliant location, reasonable price and enjoyable decor. Room service dinner was also great from Pip."

"Room is small but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Enough outlets for what you need. Less than a 5 minute walk to Terminal 2. Plenty of hot water and the air-conditioning works great. For the location the price was very fair as compared to the surrounding hotels."

"Complimentary breakfast. Late bar"

"Everything about the hotel was fabulous. All staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and drinks. Plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. Convenient location for the coop live arena and the Etihad Stadium. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you to everyone who looked after us during our stay."

"Always a clean hotel, great staff and incredible vibes"

"Great place to stay!"
