The only thing I missed was a desk for working on the laptop. But the owner provided me a table in the dining room which was okay for me. The location is very quite and no noise from the street or something else. Only birds in the morning. :)"

"A new location in a very quiet environment at about 10 minutes walking from the city centre. There are pubs and restaurants not far from it. It is easy to reach it from the train station with tram no. 2; main tram lines stop nearby the B&B. The owner is a wonderfully nice man, providing you with a healthy breakfast every morning.
