"I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was very clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. "This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. "

"We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...

"Everything about this wonderful hotel situated in the heart of the Old City in Baku can be recommended. The staff were all very warm, friendly, most helpful, and professional. We were able to return from exploring and discovering the many beautiful sites of Azerbaijan back to the comfort of a lovely room – with balcony – overlooking the cobbled streets of the City."
