"Friendly staff"

"You book with them, but when you turn up your room is not available and you have to settle for a lot lesser room, or cancel and wander the streets looking elsewhere. The staff were nice and friendly but the way the hotel works and the way they will take bookings when the room you try to book is not available is very wrong. We booked the Panoramic 2 bed apartment with Balcony but got 1 night in a very ordinary hotel room and another in a unpleasant apartment."

"It’s located at a great place. I had the room with the view facing the Caspian. It was lovely. You have amazing restaurants nearby. If you stay there I recommend visiting Palace of Shirivanshas from within the old city. Overall a great place near Nizami as well. Plus a 2 minute walk from the BakuGP track. Staff was super helpful and great - breakfasts are organic which is good. One thing to note is that Taxis don’t drive inside the old city you have to negotiate or go down which is tricky but...

"Excellent"

"Amazing staff the hotel in the city center"

"The hotel is in a great position with a great restaurant with a view. However there is not a buffet breakfast as the picture suggest. Breakfast was good but they also offer you coffee which at checkout they charge you an exorbitant price for. It was good coffee and I don't mind paying for it but they need to be honest from the start!"

"Hotel location was amazing. Near to everywhere bu walking distance. Hotel staff and their job professional. Room was large and comfortabke bed. Rrecommend"

"Great location!!"

"Top ervaring gehad! Alles was fantastisch. Voor herhaling vatbaar"

"The hotel certainly is not 4 star. It says parking is available, but cars cannot even enter the old town. We tried to call the hotel, but no one answer at 9pm. We ended up parking far away from the hotel."

"Beautiful conversion of a historic property in a perfect location on northern fridges of the walled old city and short stroll to the shopping and restaurant district area. Great value rooms fitted out beautifully with all facilities. 24 hr manned desk always helpful. Fully recommend"

"We stayed here for the F1 and it was just a base to sleep in if I'm honest. It was one of the few reasonable priced hotels available when we booked and expected a certain level of comfort for our stay. The hotel itself shouldn't be a 4 star property it's 2 star at best. The rooms felt grimy even after cleaning. We had an awful smell of drains coming from the bathroom during our stay. Staff had basic English but it was difficult to communicate most of the time. Breakfast was very basic and not...

"Room was not available when we turned up, had to book elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpfull but the alternative room in a very not nice building opersite was not acceptable at all. They could have messaged us during the day or contacted expedia, rather than us turn up in the evening to find no room available."
