"We arrived earlier than check in and they were very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage and walk around town until check in time. Once we checked in, the room was a nice one with a balcony and some complementary things in the fridge…a nice touch. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything very well. Unfortunately we had be get up and leave very early the next morning so we didn’t really get an opportunity to enjoy tu oo much in Fiumicino....

"I had to check in via WhatsApp??? I have never heard of such a process. Even when I emailed to tell them we would be there at 2:00 they were still emailing me saying that if I didn't check in by 11:00 the day before they would consider it a NO Show. Expedia said they couldn't help with the check in. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I didn't have WhatsApp and had to have a friend in the states reach out in Italian. "Voyage en couple. Emplacement près de plusieurs plages, resto et de l'aéroport. De l'aéroport c'est compliqué s'y rendre, il faut prendre un bus avec un transfert vers un autre bus. Le taxi coûte 55 euros pour un parcours de 8 km :-( Nous avons choisi cet endroit pour 2 nuits avant notre retour au Canada après 2 semaines à découvrir l'Italie. Le bâtiment est bien entretenu et la cours est superbe pour y prendre un repas ou se reposer. La chambre manque d'amour et n'est pas bien isolées. Nous...
