"This is a very old, but quaint property. The room was large and the en suite bathroom was also large. We arrived just after a snow storm. The village and surrounding area was beautiful. The house was almost as warm as te welcome and friendliness of Mario the owner. "

"I regularly work in Maranello, and stay in one of the hotels there, but as they were all fully booked, I ended up staying 16km out, in the hills near Seramazzoni. La LocAnna is a very nice place, the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, even staying up till 1am to allow me to check in late on the first night. Breakfast was included, and was the standard thing. I'd happily go back and stay ayt La LocAnna, even if there was availability in Maranello."

"Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all"

"This was a very last minute booking. Only arrived at 8.20pm. Found easily. Public parking available. Very tired "hotel". We were (i think) the only guests. The owner welcomed us with a smile and after 5 min or so showed is to our room. We just needed a sleep so didn't venture out into the town. Bit of road noise overnight, but the room served a purpose. Nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, just not anything special. "
