"Good, kitchen, washer/dryer. Bad, bed, shower, no balcony, no dishwasher. Ugly, courtyard, cracked bathroom sink, cracked cereal bowls."

"I enjoyed the quaint ambience very much. Our room was a generous size, which we appreciated. The staff were all delightful. We dropped by the pub Saturday night and the musicians were very talented, playing traditional Irish music that had me toe-tapping. My main suggestion is about food because I am Celiac and need gluten-free options. The options were limited, and I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room for food I keep with me because of the limited menu options I often am...

"This hotel is an oasis from the bustle of Killarney. The room was very classy and spacious. Bedding was excellent and love that there was a down pillow. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Stephen is very friendly, excellent bar tender and server. Actually, all staff we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to National Park and about a 15-20 minute walk into city Centre."

"This is a tough review since our previous stay was at a 5 star hotel. Facility was nice but parking was scarce, even though the hotel is in an open area. The rooms was clean, but nothing special. We didn’t partake in any spa treatments. I liked the lobby and dining room. Overall a decent hotel, just nothing extravagant."

"Do not travel during a holiday or event. They had a car rally while we were there...very busy...traffic was bad. Hotel lifts were down so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The hotel was centrally located walking distance to everything. Rooms were efficient . Night club behind the building. Stayed open until 2am. If you are a light sleeper go elsewhere. Hotel bar and restaurant was excellent."

"Location close to the national park was superb! Great breakfast buffet and nice lounge. Comfy beds and spacious bedroom. There was one bathroom fixture coming off the wall and a loose bathroom tap, but other than those 2 things, everything was great."

"The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. "Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Bring a hairdryer and hair conditioner if that is important to you. We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value. There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel. "
