"The room was clean, but there was a few little quirks. The ice maker on 1st floor did not work and the only other one was on 3rd floor with no working elevator. The room had an odd small to it. I assumed it was because it was a pet friendly floor. I just sprayed perfume. Bed was harder than expected."

"I arrived earlier than check in hours and asked to wait. I waited until check in hours but no one contacted me even though they had all my information, they literally forgot. I was let in only after I started complaining. The room was clean and had fantastic view but there is a Four Season’s construction right next their building, the hotel did inform about that, no complains about it, but construction ruins the views you pay for and the pool is not fun right next to that construction."

"An Incredible Anniversary Stay at Silver Baron Lodge! My husband and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary with a stay at Silver Baron Lodge in beautiful Deer Valley, Utah, and our experience was absolutely incredible! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and it was wonderful, spacious, beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. Every detail, from the colors to the furnishings, made the suite feel comfortable and luxurious. It included a full kitchen, dining table, and a lovely living room with plenty of space to relax. The bedroom was beautiful and included a cozy fireplace, and the large 3-head shower was AMAZING! One of our favorite features was our private deck with our own hot tub and a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was the perfect setting for an anniversary getaway. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the first-class customer service. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure our comfort and experience came first. Once she learned that we were celebrating our 22nd anniversary, she surprised us with a thoughtful gift basket and a personal note. That special touch meant so much to us and made our celebration even more memorable. Michelle’s outstanding service, genuine kindness, and attention to detail are a huge reason we will definitely be returning to Silver Baron Lodge. Beautiful accommodations, breathtaking DeerValley surroundings, & truly exceptional service. WOW! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary."
