"This place is under construction and I was up all night with the Construction noise! A machine running all night. The coffee machine in the room is only espresso so I ran to Walmart and bought our own coffee machine and coffee because The Milk Shop doesn’t open till 7:00 and as I said before I was up all night with the running Machines. So Im glad we had coffee. And as for the Hot Springs that says on this App. It says it is included with this place. Not True You have to Make A reservation and Pay an extra $28.00 a person to swim there for an Hour. And thats on top of the almost $275.00 plus they charge you extra on your credit card when you get there. Maybe in a few years when they are done working on it will be better. And also the Pools are far away from the places you stay so plan on walking to the pools."

"The tub doesn’t have anything non slip in it and when I was trying to pull the shower curtain closed, I slipped and tweaked my neck and back trying to catch myself. Then, at 8 in the morning the housekeeper knocked twice and then let herself in while I was scrambling to get dressed. The bananas on the breakfast bar were old and brown. "

"I called and texted to make sure late checkins were available. They assumed me if I got there at midi could still check in but when I arrived. I was locked out with little no no directions. They told me to got to the baton building which was locked behind a room number they never gave me. I tried contacting the property, Expedia, and the emergency lock out number and got zero assistance and Expedia said that it was a private request that the hotel made a accommodation foe me but on the app it says check in ANYTIME! WHICH WAS FALSE. The employee didnt give me the proper check in instructions and had to spend the night in my car and its a NONREFUNDABLE ROOM! So basicilly I payed for a room I had zero access to amd still no response from anyone the next day. Ive never been to a hotel that has zero employees working after hours. Not 1 person in the lobby or front office and all the outside doors are locked. I even texted their number and followed their instructions and let them know ahead of time what time i was coming but no response either. The employee i spoke to on the phone sounded very unenthusiastic and irritated with me for just asking questions. I just wanted to make sure I was getting what I expected. Which wasn't the case."

"Our 2 night staycation was great. Rooms have everything we needed, & are very spacious. We enjoyed the private hot tub on our balcony, & loved walking to cafes/restaurants. The fireplace gave it a homey feel & love the bathroom with 2 sinks. Will stay here again."

"Kitchen was a hot plate and mini fridge, dirty at that. the Tv remoite had a years worth of crud on it, that i cleaned off. i didnt even sleep under the comforter or unmake the bed both nights. because I didnt trust it had been washed. They only sink had no hot water, it was shut off because the faucet constantly leaks from the hot side. Also in regards to plumbing there was no water pressure in the shower. Now talking superficial items the re-model and maintenance looks like its done by a beginner fit and finish of trim on walls not fit. nail holes everywhere, peeling caulk around bathroom. just all around bad. "
