"Beautiful hotel. A great stay. Only 2 critiques: the pull out bed was not overly comfortable (we had a King size bed and a pul out for 4 guests). Very thin and you could feel the springs in your back. The bed, however, was very comfortable. Second critique is that there was no complimentary coffe/tea station in the lobby as I am accustomed to. Other than those 2 issues, everything was amazing. Very spacious room."

"I had no housekeeping of my room for any of the days I stayed there when it’s supposed to be done daily. I only got new toilet paper and new towels when I went down to the desk on the third night to be like hello??? Is anyone refreshing this room. The coffee machine was dirty I asked for a new one after night one as it was not usable. Never got a new one so third night I again showed them and they gave me one that didn’t work so I brought it back down and they replaced it…with the same one that...

"Beautiful restored building. We stayed in the Queen Elizabeth II Suite, which was beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable bed and big claw footed tub in the bathroom."

I called several times, but it seemed the calls weren't being forwarded to the staff member on duty.
