"This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

"We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend"

"When we first checked in they told is there was no parking available (they have only a couple of spots on the property). We started walking to our room, we went through a lovely hallway and then ended in a sad part of the hotel where the drop ceiling got really sad. Despite the hotel not being packed they put us in a gross room at the back of the hotel above the kitchen that smelled like food and had no AC. We went back and asked for AC. He low key shamed us saying that no one has ever asked for that and changed our room which was so much nicer in the nice part of the hotel. TLDR don’t accept a room key to a room above #10 cuz then you are going to the old sad part. The location was good. The breakfast was nice but the the guy running the service was interesting. He has rules like you can’t take the salt or a bottle of water to your table."

"A very nice and modern hotel with great staff. The spa was great and one of the best I have ever been too. The only minor problem was non availability of breakfast at the hotel and we had to use one of the nearby cafes. However the location of the hotel was great and very close to all cafe and restaurants."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location a few yards from the Lake. Unlike the other hotels we have stayed in during our Italian lakes holiday the hotel Ulivi is modern and spread out around an excellent pool and garden area. It also has a huge underground free car park with a lift up to the hotel reception. Wonderful. The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The patio doors opened up to a huge terrace overlooking the pool, and Lake in the distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having spent much of our holiday visiting busy towns around Lake Garda and Como, the pool area at the Ulivi was a very welcome and very peaceful change. Nice sunbeds. Paratico and neighbouring Sarnico were not nearly as busy as the towns at Garda and Como, and felt more Italian and less touristy. The Ulivi is definitely worth a visit."

"Had a fabulous time at Lake Suites and More hotel. We booked a superior double room with lake view and stunning panoramic view of lake Iseo! The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed, great shower, a coffee machine and large TV. Everything we needed for a special stay and enjoyed our breakfast very much, especially the coffee. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
