"Convenient & good location & nice staff BUT...there were cockroaches in my room. I did really appreciate being able to walk across the street from the airport for this hotel. The staff clearly do their best to make a welcoming environment. People were there immediately to help bring my bags upstairs (without an elevator!) and the staff at the restaurant were also very nice. I found the food at the restaurant solid--I only had a salad and it was fresh and lightly dressed (the way I like). The room (Small Queen) was definitely "small"--I kept knocking the toilet paper off the holder because it was so close to the toilet. I couldn't even find the shower at first, until I realized it was tucked into a tiny stall behind the bathroom door. My view was of a parking lot and a wall with a bunch of air conditioning units. Not scenic, but this is to be expected right next to the airport. The room was actually very clean, but I was disappointed to find small cockroaches crawling all over the table when I woke up in the morning. I hadn't left any food out or anything, and I know we're in a humid and tropical place, but I think more pest control could be done (I really hate cockroaches and it somewhat spoiled my stay--I couldn't wait to leave the room & I was glad I only stayed one night). The Fijiian singers in the lobby were a little too loud for me, too--I was glad I paid extra ($15FJD) for in-room wifi so I could have some quiet after a long travel day."

"Staff was very friendly, clean room all around and the views were fantastic.. just remember this is a NO cash zone only credit card or they charge the card you used to book the room on if you do excursions, tours, etc. I did not know this and only brought cash with me on hand. Would’ve liked to know that before arriving but overall very good place"

"The property was right on the beach excellent view we stayed oceanfront on the fifth floor. The property was nice and clean. In the kitchen, there was no liquid soap to wash your hands or the dishes. We had to buy our own soap.The stuff were very nice and helpful."

"Kind of a shame that hard working staff are let down by a poorly designed and low quality built hotel. Useless pool that no one can realistically use. The late night loud music from the place next door unfortunately interfered with our sleep. Not the fault of this hotel but a reality of its position and the room allocated to us. Breakfast needs a bit of work to meet expectations for where this hotel is pitching its level. The transfers were poorly arranged, the privacy of your passport and credit card photos held by the desk is uncertain when you leave. Positives were the helpful men who greet you on arrival and leaving, nice linen and good aircon."

"Breakfast was pretty ordinary no yoghurt and fruit selections and variety for fiji standard was simple WiFi was very poor in the rooms Staff interaction was great the swimming pool was the highlight Overall 3 1/2 stars."
