"They move you once in room. They tell you its upgrade then charge you. Take your luggage and wont give it back untill you pay. No free breakfast as noted no wifi. They are really bad i called hotel. Com to complain . they called they say my husband want upgrade no charge. Really my husband got in fight w manager.he took he luggage and told him you pay or no luggage. Hotell com did what they could. They say manager sleeping when my husband says hes at the desk when you want ti eat far walk to...

"The Chelsea Suites is dirty with delabidated and falling apart slum like building and also very dirty environment that scared the ship out of me that I had to leave in a hurry for fear of my life.
I was so angry that they potrayed themselves as a 4 star hotel.
I wish to demand for the refund of my money as I didn't stay in that hotel for fear of my life.
That hotel is a fraud and I want hotel.com to take note of this."
