"Breakfast was very well prepared and delicious. Mehdi was attentive and helpful and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the riad itself left little to be desired and felt dated, dark and lacked cleanliness. Our ground floor room didn’t feel safe with a secure door as it felt loose in its place, and furthermore, the lock broke (however Mehdi promptly provided a replacement. "

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est impeccable. Le manager a été très agréable et nous avons discuté longtemps avec lui. Il nous a appris grandement sur les traditions marocaines et la ville de Fès. L’endroit est magnifique et le déjeuner est typiquement marocain. Les seuls bémols sont que la télé ne fonctionnait pas (probablement notre erreur), même si nous ne l’avons essayé qu’une fois et le balcon pourrait faire bon usage d’un peu plus d’entretien. "Place is okay not best condition. However the staff were excellent with services and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with our luggages all the time, and also made sure we got to the Riad safely even tho we arrived midnight. "

"Wonderful staff - extremely welcoming and friendly. Beautiful room and inner court yard. Bathroom in my room felt slightly rundown, but was not an issue and felt authentic. Lovely rooftop terrace where meals are served. Excellent and very tasty dinner, which the staff were happy to arrange at short notice when I arrived late in the day. Overall a very nice stay."
