"Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. "Par où commencer tout d’abord chambre très petite , concernant l’hygiène poile et cheveu dans la baignoire draps avec des poils, manque d’eau chaude et j’en passe.., heureusement le personnel a réagis et nous a changer de chambre, mais manque de chance télé non fonctionnelle.Concernant l’espace bien être, jacuzzi tiède/froid (ce n’est pas de la faute du personnel car soucis technique) mais qui aurais dû être précisé lors de l’appel pour la réservation, piscine assez froide donc tout les enfants...

Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. "Great service and nice staff. Was offered a free upgrade due to my mother possibly having difficulty with ladders and stairs. Convenient location next to the bus station and center of Megeve. Breakfast also had a nice selection of high quality pastries and the staff were kind. The only thing I would improve on is having a kettle in the room and better amenities in the bathroom."
