"The owner, Mariana, and her staff member, Joanna, could not have been kinder, more communicative, or more helpful. The location is excellent—just a block from the main train station and an easy walk to the heart of downtown. My wife and I truly loved our time in Porto. Future guests should think of this more as a bed-and-breakfast than a place to spend time during the day—it’s ideal as a dunctional, well-located home base while you’re out exploring the city. "The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."
