"I don't usually whinge about our motels stays but this one was somewhat very disapointing for me. We stayed 2 nights in a ocean view balcony, on a long weekend, with paid parking onsite. Our room was on the inside corner of the 2 wings of the motel and the verandah was small and we overlooked everyone elses verandahs more than the ocean view we thought we'd get. Very disapointing, if you want a ocean view make sure you dont get a corner room. It was also very close to the lifts and you got...

"I run a hotel in Sydney and to be honest I came away after 2 nights with some amazing ideas for my property. I couldnt fault the room the staff the whole experience was fault less. If asked to rate it out of 10 I give it 11"

"Very dated rooms. Crying out for a renovation . The noisy air conditioning unit for the whole hotel was on the other side of my window . The bathroom had gaps where tiles used to be . And the beds had one clean bottom sheet only, so everyone slept with a quilt on them , that had been in contact with the previous occupant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ."

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. "The property appeared to be new or recently renovated, and overall, the room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed for one night while attending a wedding reception nearby. The accommodation itself is quite basic. However, I was disappointed that some common amenities were missing, such as a mirror inside the room for guests to get dressed, a bedside alarm clock, and an intercom or phone to contact reception.
