"Staff were great and we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen. The property was great but our room was outdated in comparison to others we went in with family members. The amenities were great, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The AC unit ran through the window so the window was not able to full shut. This caused for an uneasy night as we were two female travelers but we were safe and had no issues."

On top of that some guests were being very loud running around, yelling, talking loud in the hallway until about 1am and that was so disturbing,that we barely got any sleep. Very disappointed to pay over $300 for 1 night and get no rest!"

"The pictures are false advertisement. The place is not well maintained cleanliness overall is poor. Once we came back to our room for the night pulled blankets back and sheet had blood stains. We went to front desk to request cleaning bedding they brought it over, but then we were told that we would have to takeoff and redo all the bedding on the bed. They had no one to service it. At that point, I was not able to sleep very well was very concerned again about the whole cleanness. Of the place"
