"A one night stopover on the way back from our holiday. We've stayed here before and were impressed with our room. This time we were in some recently added accommodation, The Stable, and we'd have preferred to be in the main building. The room was fine but since there were others walking past the window, the blind had to be down, so it was either dark, or electric light. We could see into others' rooms as we left.

"This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth.

"The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us to our event nearby. We had a very comfortable night; the rooms were clean with the usual facilities (tea and coffee) that you’d expect with bottled water and fresh milk provided in the fridge. The Inn is superbly located as just a few miles from Cambridge. A good choice of breakfast provided. Would definitely return. "
