"Au pavillon, il manquait d'ustensiles (une seule fourchette, 2 couteaux)... Les cuillères c'était ok. Aucun couteau coupant ou ouvre boîte de conserve. Par contre le service de l'hôtel a réagi très vite lors de mon appel a la réception pour demander ce sont j'avais besoin."

"I would have preferred to get an email or a text message saying the hotel is closing and give me instructions on how to get my key for my room! When I arrived, there was no one around, so I called the 1 800 number and they assisted me with where to go and what to do. Would have been better to have been notified as they closed the lobby/front desk! Great place and great staff! Highly recommend! Cheers"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Auberge La Secousse ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée à 15 h. En arrivant, nous avons rencontré les deux chiens de l’auberge, qui étaient adorables, affectueux et très gentils. L’auberge est bien équipée avec un beau bar, une terrasse et un foyer extérieur (accessible moyennant un frais de 10 $). Notre chambre disposait d’un lavabo et d’une douche privés, ainsi que d’une terrasse offrant une vue partielle sur le fleuve. La salle de bain partagée avec quelques autres chambres était toujours propre et nous n’avons jamais eu à attendre pour l’utiliser. Les espaces communs et les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenus. Les oreillers étaient un peu trop épais à notre goût, mais après une simple demande, le personnel nous a fourni des oreillers plus minces qui étaient parfaits. Une couverture supplémentaire était également disponible dans le placard. Le bar propose plusieurs bières locales ainsi qu’un bon choix de cocktails. La jeune barmaid nous a offert un service exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons également soupé sur place et la nourriture était excellente ! Des jeux de société sont mis à la disposition des clients. Notre favori a été sans aucun doute le jeu « Trou du cochon », qui nous a bien fait rire. L’emplacement est parfait, avec une magnifique vue sur le fleuve. Il y a un stationnement sur place ainsi que beaucoup d’espace de stationnement gratuit dans la rue à proximité."
