"This hotel has the benefit of a terrific location and amazing views over the St. Lawrence River. The hotel also has the benefit of a good dining room with good food and attentive service. However, the hotel is very tired. It needs a complete overhaul."

"La chambre est très bien adapter même si elle est petite petite tablette près du lit, il ne manque rien et le déjeuner digne de bien des restaurants, fruits frais en abondance yogourt, confiture maison, et produits de Charlevoix en vedette. Nous avons bien apprécié et l'accueil est très sympathique ."

"Chalet Riverside. Bien entretenu avec beaucoup de cachet. Loin des grandes routes donc très tranquille et entouré de forêt pour intimité. Bien équipé pour la literie et cuisine. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons !"
