"Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la qualité de l'endroit. Chambre vaste et impeccable. Douce literie blanche comme je les aime. Présence d'un frigo, cafetière Keurig et micro-ondes. Grand stationnement, piscine chauffée extérieure, grande terrasse fleurie pour déjeuner à l'extérieur quand il fait doux. Tout près du casino et du musée de Charlevoix. Hôtel entouré de jardins et d'arbres. Vraiment un petit paradis que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La seule chose qui m'a déçue est la piètre qualité du café dans la chambre (cup Keurig). Il existe de très bons produits à bas prix. Merci"

"Our family from California stayed here and booked two rooms for us and our two college-aged children. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was very convenient for accessing the nearby national park, which made our trip much easier. Overall, it was a pleasant and restful stay for the whole family."
