"La ubicación super buena. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado (mini split) también tienen estacionamiento muy iluminado y en general está bien.... En mi caso reserve de último minuto y estuvo lista la habitación cuando llegue... El único detalle es que se les olvidaron las toallas pero en recepción me las dieron"

"The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum....

"Betty was incredible, she was full of honest and helpful suggestions and super kind. All the staff were great. We have been to Tulum several times and the location of the hotel is pretty good, the walk to the better parts of the street side is not too long and the walk on the beach side is great."

Nos tocó una habitación dónde todavia había ropa de los huéspedes anteriores y había polvo en varios lugares. Las ollas y sartenes no son los adecuados para el tipo de estufa y tuvimos que pedir un utensilio adicional para poder cocinar. Se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones y no pudimos descansar."

"The Ola suite was perfect! Just steps to the ocean and we even slept with the doors wide open to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of waves all night. We felt very safe. The breakfast and lunches we had there were excellent! They brought us food and drinks to our cabana, the beach bed and the pool. They all went above and way beyond to take care of us. "My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. The only thing we didn't care for was the heat, the poor lil AC didnt do anything to cool the room down. Other than that. Beautiful rooms, the staff was amazing, I wanted to take them home with me.
