"It was ok liked the fact that the monorail connection was there. But besides that the food selection was ok not impressed the rooms not impressed either even though we stayed at the Alexandria tower which is supposed to be some kind of upgrade. Overall experience not impressed just ok. "

"It was clear the staff hated their jobs.The hotel was dirty and I never even saw one circus act. And half of the amenities are closed."

"Room had a bad odor when we first checked in. Bathroom faucet leaked under the Countertop wetting the towels. Engineering department didn't fix the faucet during our stay. We had to keep turning handle direction till leaking stopped. Coffee machine did not work and to top it off I was charged $18 for the coffee kit. I have never stayed at a hotel where the coffee was not complimentary. I have stayed at Harrah's decades ago and did not have this bad quality issue. Won't be staying here again in the future."

"We loved the history of the hotel and casino. Our room and the property were clean. The only minor issues we had were the shower had great water pressure but it flooded the bathroom every time we used it. Because of this we stopped by the front desk to ask for extra towels to keep the floor dry. We had to call down a second time because the towels weren’t delivered. Also, they gave us the option to have our room cleaned daily. For the amount of money they charge for resort fees , I felt that shouldn’t be an option, they should clean the room daily without having to ask. Overall, we loved our visit and would recommend The Flamingo."
