"The trip we had was great, the hotel had beautiful grounds and magnificent rooms. What an idyllic location to sit with your loved one and I could not complement the food or the restaurant any more. Staff were helpful and could not do enough to help. Would absolutely visit again."
"Room was fantastic, spacious, clean, quiet (apart from a fire alarm but that probably doesn't happen very often) and customer service was exceptional. There was some work being done in the corridor but that did not impact our stay. We were meeting family and exploring the area and found it was close to the major roads. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of lovely food choices in the pub attached. I would recommend this hotel. "
"We had a lovely stay at Ensana, Buxton Crescent. The room exceeded expectations & the Spa & swimming pool was perfect. The only criticism during our stay was the evening meal at the restaurant. We didn’t feel the food & service given matched the quality you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There are plenty of choices within walking distance of the hotel which we preferred. "

"Very nice hotel. Spacious shower, comfortable bed, nice room layout. Excellent standard of food for breakfast. Positionally ideal for city centre, and only a ten minute stroll to train station. "
"Trevlig personal och ett väldigt fräscht hotell! Nedervåningen är pub med öppet sent men det hördes inte in till rummet. Relativt bekväma sängar och bra möjlighet att ställa in temperatur på rummet. Parkeringsmöjligheter finns i närheten. "
"The staff were all friendly & helpful. The family room was large, clean & modern. The breakfast was good, though the dining room was packed due to a conference.
This was our second stay here & we would stay again."
