The property was very clean, updated and very walkable. We like to walk everywhere and this was perfect. We were on top floor and there was a great balcony on that level. Very nice place to stay. We loved our time here and used it to travel around the area. Nice and quiet to come home to this property.

Beautiful little Italian commune w very interesting history, particularly regarding the De Cecco pasta manufacturing facilities. Access to great hiking. Peaceful and relaxed. Good little pizza nearby at Hansel e Grettel.

Beautiful town and hotel

We were 2 sisters and 2 friends visiting the home of great grandparents. What a beautiful town! We didn’t come across many Rnglish speakers, but everyone (including the gentleman who checked us in) was very patient and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern with a gorgeous view from the terrace.

Just fabulous views to the mountains and over the rooftops from our top floor (3rd floor) apartment and the shared terrace! Location is perfect in the middle of town, close and walk-able to the couple of cafes and nearby restaurant. The property is more like a hotel, just without an onsite concierge. Rooms have tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge only. It's very well run and the assistance was excellent through all stages of booking, check-in and for any questions we had.

Da Oreste - Fara San Martino, Abruzzo

The hotel is very pleasant - easy access to the room. The room had a very nice patio overlooking the town. The staff was friendly and spoke English and others were friendly while using translation software. It worked out fine. They personally helped me find a parking spot and made a late night booking at one of the few (and a very good) restaurants in the town that stays open late, then walked me there. All in all a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this space. Plenty of room for two people. An awesome balcony terrace with super views of the village and mountains. We took so many photos right from the terrace! Greeted at the door by a gracious gentleman who showed us the room and provided local information and pamphlets. Nice big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Several chairs and a desk. Everything functioned as intended. Coffee shop/Cafe/Bar right around the corner with some great stuff. We would not hesitate for a moment to stay here again on our next visit.

Incredible in every way

We stayed here on a road trip through Italy. Our host was the best host we had on the whole trip! She greeted us at the front door helped us park and gave us the full tour of the property. After that she gave us the most amazing list of places to go and see , we did them all and were blown away by the history the area has ! Our room was as big as our apartment back in the uk with everything we could ever wish for. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and whole property was sparkling clean. We went upstairs and sat on the roof terrace for a good few hours just taking in the incredible views and enjoying the silence of being in the mountains. Our host booked us a table at a local restaurant that was recommended and it was a great meal in a great environment. You can tell there is a close community in this area , everyone was so nice ! Parking was on the street for free, very close to the property We would stay here again, it is an incredibly beautiful part of the world

La stanza era spettacolare, con una vista incredibile sulla città. Ho apprezzato le caratteristiche sostenibili dell'hotel. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra lontano da casa.
