It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is really friendly, and also just a short walk or drive from the beautiful Nairn beach. Also, breakfast is great with a mix of light continental buffet along with an a la carte menu. All the breakfast options we took were really well prepared and delicious. "Clean, small room. Flat pillows, thin walls-could hear the person next room snoring. Breakfast doesn’t start til 8 on weekends, so not useful for an early flight. It is close to the airport which is why I picked it"

"We had seen mixed reviews about other people's stays and were a bit apprehensive about what to expect. We could NOT have had a more fantastic stay. Staff were extremely attentive and welcoming especially Veejay( the manager), Gary, Anne and Nadine. "10/10 for everything. Great staff, extremely well maintained, beautifully decorated property in a fantastic area and plenty of onsite parking. Breakfast was also top notch and the bacon was particularly good. The room was a delight - well furnished and a very comfortable bed. "DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

"This is a beautifully maintained building with so much character and personalized love put into it; we loved our stay! It is slightly off the “path” of larger hotels, making it perfect for us. It is so close to town, we easily popped over a walking bridge for dinner and then found the best cafe for breakfast. "The best B & B I’ve stayed in. The host Helen is absolutely lovely, and fixes an amazing breakfast. The room was charming, well decorated, and had amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Tea, water and a couple snacks were also provided in the room. A wonderful place, I hope one day to return."
