The property was in a beautiful area and was a great size for our big family. Pool table was a such fun for everyone!! When we needed supplies it was delivered the next day!! I think it’s needs an update on the inside as it was starting to look worn out. Cracked tile etc. overall a great place and a great time!!

The unit was very clean and had tidy landscaping. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper -there were tiny packages of this, but not enough for cooking. It was an enjoyable stay.

Bedroom not too spacious，but enough for small family. Roof fan remote control run out of battery and cannot change the fan. Kitchen is spacious with all we need. Parking is easy and close to hot springs. Nice mountain view.

Huge house with tons of room for the kids to have their own space. So much more comfortable than hotel rooms. A little to far from Banff to make day trips to the park comfortable. Four hour round trip really burned us out. I did try to reach the property management through email 2 days before our arrival with no response. Also tried to reach them through voicemail during our stay, no response. Nothing huge that impacted our trip but be aware it may be hard to reach them. The jacuzzi tub in the master suite didn’t work. Not a big deal to us just an observation. All in all I would recommend this property for visiting the many hot springs and golf courses in the area. Probably not as a base camp for Banff.

Quiet and relaxing

Large spacious accommodations. Suite was clean and quiet. Barbecue was not working and there was no blower dryer but other than that it was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Large condo with plenty of beds - suited us well. The wifi and TV were great.

SO SO

The room was very spacious. Decor very outdated, pictures on Expedia of facility did not match the room we had. Master bedroom did not have a window that could open, blinds were broken, outside stairs are rusted. Below average condition, outdated, clean and spacious.
