"I was very pleasantly surprised by the suite. It was a step-up from the usual places without a significant step-up in price. It was very clean and comfortable, and all the cleaning staff and front-desk staff that we encountered were very pleasant and polite. The continental breakfast wasn't anything special, and the staff seemed a little too quick to shut it down right at 9:30. Some hotels have more of a "soft" closing-time for breakfast, but these guys stopped replenishing the dishes around 9:15-9:20, so you really felt rushed. On the plus side, there's always coffee in the lobby. Minor complaint: The TVs in the suite (if you care about that sort of thing) just have basic cable with no program guide, and take a few seconds to change channels, so you have no idea what's on and channel surfing feels tedious. I only mention it because it feels like something that could be fixed."
