The room smelled like cigarettes even though we were given a non-smoking room. One small bar of soup and a single Packet of shampoo; as big as a small sugar packet. The breakfast was not what we were expecting. I've been trying to reach the manager to possibly get a refund of part of the stay, but so far have been unsuccesful."
