"ShaRonda at the front desk was terrific. She was very helpful in getting us into our room, even though we arrived a bit before check-in time. We were on a tight schedule and it was much easier on us to check-in early. Also, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and well-stocked."
"The room was great clean and had all the stuff we needed mini fridge for left overs from dinner it was quiet at night whichbis a big deal. the only issue i had was it was the worst pillows i have ever had they sucked so bad. also the guide button on the remote didnt work so i had to keep flipping channels till i found the right college football game."
"I needed a room at this interchange for one night. I got it. The room is plain and needs some serious updating, as almost everything is worn. BUT it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Good lighting but not one wastebasket. Cheap and adequate, but would stay elsewhere if it was for more than one night. "
"I enjoyed every aspect of my visit and the hotel stay I only had ..one disappointment.. the towels.. The towels should be sent out to a cleaning service to be cleaned. We depend on the white clean and fluffy towels."
"There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...
