When we pulled up to the hotel I was disappointed with the location. But when we got inside it was well equipped, well staffed, quiet, clean and one of the better hotels I have stayed in. We were there for a medical visit and needed a quite spacious place to come back to each night. Hyatt Place Fair Lawn was everything we needed. Thank you. we will return next time.

The staff was beyond helpful - they were the nicest hotel staff i have ever dealt with, especially Abbe. The room was clean and the location was great! I will definitely come back here again. There were only 2 improvements I would recommend...reduce the strength of the fragrance in the hallway, and replace the carpet.in the rooms with LVP or tile.
