"This hotel went above an beyond to make our short stay memorable and amazing. We got switched to a beautiful room overlooking the square and we couldn't have been happier. It's within walking distance to everything you need; carriage rides, fresh made fish and chips, movie theatre, pubs, coffee shops, shopping street, etc. We will be coming here again 100%. Highly recommend checking out their bar it has the coolest vibes!"

"Small parking lot behind the building which in off season was easy to get to but could be stressful if full as the alley is one way. There was no rubber mat in the shower so gets quite slippery. Lots of areas to store luggage and extra pillows available. Able to open the window for fresh air. The bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up with back pain everyday. The hot tub was down as well. Otherwise right in the city center and very conveniently located to enjoy the town. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a pub on site. "

"Our 3-night stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was quite excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We enjoyed drinks at the bar to live music, or just relaxed by the fire. It was obviously a great choice of stay for our time there, and I would certainly look forward to staying again. Thank you. "The hotel is located right in the city center! There is a car park 3 min walk from the hotel. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I will say the walls are thin so you did hear people walking around the hallways."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. "

"Best view of our trip to Ireland. Lake view, small castle remaining on grounds. Wildlife visible from lakeview room. Easily access Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. Room was very large and accommodating."

"We are a family of 4 who spent 3 nights at this facility. We were outdoors most of the day and only used it to sleep in the night. We also didn’t cook although the facility has a kitchen. The pros - perfect location and decent size for a family. A number of restaurants are in walkable distance. The cons - the wifi/ internet never worked. The parking was a bit weird and tight. Most of the spaces were filled up and extreme caution is required to park in the corner spots. Lastly, the beds were soft and we didn’t get much sleep."

"'Thermal suite' was a sauna and a steam room with basically no steam. One of the worst thermal suites i have been in. The hotel is clearly not maintained to a 5 star standard. Very disappointed. No proper bar in the hotel either, which was very strange. You could get a drink at your dinner table. The room was very nice and clean however. Again, this is a decent 4 star hotel at best, but charging 5 star prices. Won't be returning. "

"Loved the location, right when you walk out you have all the lovely shops and pubs. Parking was relatively easy, we parked at the pay lot across th street. Clean pool facilities and great staff"
