"Great stay"

"What a great experience! All of the staff were focused on making sure that we were happy!"

"The service was very nice, responsive and had great recommendations!"

"Just keep an eye on your things by the pool. Other guest will try to move it even when your things are there. Or they could go missing. Staff should be more attentive to this. Other than that great place"

"Excellent location! Close to everything. Rooms were very clean."

"The property is beautiful but lacks in function. The coffee cups are smaller than what is brewed in their machine leading to a spill all over the counter. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone on blood thinners."

"this is a great property, clean and parking was great and easy. The French toast for breakfast was very good as well."

"Very close to the convention center and very safe neighborhood. Very close to the beach too."

So, unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel to others. In short: -We paid a significant premium for a top-tier penthouse...

"La ubicación es excelente"

"Property has gone down hill substantially in quality the last 5 years as I have stayed many times over that time period! Hallways and rooms are now musty and moldy smelling and AC units don't work properly with pooling water from condensation on the floor under AC vents. Property needs a complete renovation!"
