"The staff was super helpful and friendly. They cleaned our room and restocked towels and dishwasher/laundry soap for us on the third day. The kids loved the pool and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be full of families. It really was a perfect little place for our family. "

"The partial oceanview room is literally a little peek of the ocean..not worth the extra money. The breakfast is horrible you get toast and cereals. The staff was friendly and helpful. The door to our room didnt close right so we had to slam it going and coming."

"We had 3 rooms very nice but..... They advertise a bar - bar not open we were told they have no permits to open expedia does not advertise the bar but the hotels/residence website does - room extremely small for the money Check in they where very dismissive VIP - you get nothing 2 room no toiletries Could not get extra towels they told us to wash them housekeeping on request yeah for additional fee free 2 bottles of water bedroom has no windows I guess not what we thought it would be. i would have stayed somewhere else. If you go to the front desk they cant help you they give you a number to call. Not a great experience for us. called expedia 1st person i spoke to told me bar amenity not important not answer i was looking for but after that spoke to other reps and they tried to help best they could. "

"Room was tidy but not clean. The passcode-locked door to the room didn't function well and the bathroom door didn't close due to the humidity in the room. The humidity was so high in the room that the walls were constantly sweating, despite the non-humid conditions outside. The ceiling fan didn't work - when the switch was turned on, nothing happened. The bathroom had been updated, but the painting was incomplete. There were two bottles of water provided."

"I had an ocean view that was amazing! My stay was extremely beyond my expectations."

"The floors and showers in my room were incredibly dirty. Dust and dirt in all the corners of the room. Housekeeping was basically non existent. I had to continually ask for new towels or my garbage removed. They were not able to provide any towels at any time. They wanted me to wait for them to do a load of laundry at 9pm just to get one new bath towel. No elevators or staff to help with bags. The phone numbers listed online do not work and they never once answer my texts or calls to the front desk. Upon checking out, there was no one onsite and no one at front desk to assist. Beds were a very hard memory foam so not very comfortable. “Suites” don’t include any kitchenette, only a fridge and microwave and one fork/knife. Had to borrow plates from a friends standard room that had a full kitchenette including plates, cups, and hot plate. Very loud through the walls you can hear everything. Would not recommend. "
