"5 stars customer service. The man at front desk (Sunday 08/17/25 4:15 pm)was polite and friendly. He deserves an employee of the month award. The hotel is neat and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great complementary breakfast. We're coming back next time we go to a concert in Arcadia theater. This hotel is highly recommended."
"This property is close to many restaurants that are within 5 minutes. There are small, charming towns such as Batavia and Geneva within 15 minutes as well. Chicago downtown is a 45 minute drive if that interests you but for us that wasn’t the reason we were here this time. "
