She was amazing. I had a choice to switch hotels(since i got stuck in Doha) and my initial interactionwith her convinced me to just rebook with the same hotel. This is almost a hidden gem lol."

Not sure if it is standard process. I was unable to charge room service to the room. Instead they wanted to charge my card in the room or cash to pay when the room service was delivered. Same with spa treatment. Be aware to head over for a massage with your money"
"I flew in at noon with a 20 hour layover and a tour scheduled at 2. I didn't expect to be able to check in early, but they said no problem! The room was more than spacious and had all the amenities I needed -- iron, blow dryer, coffee maker, etc. I only wish I had more time to have been able to eat there! "
"I have really enjoyed my stay at the Westin Doha spa hotel. The customer service that we have received has been unmatched. Particularly from Ghufran and Mustapha at front desk. Making us feel very welcomed and giving us suggestions of places to visit in Doha. Micheal from the pool side has been welcoming and catering to our needs also providing a friendly chat. Kindness from staff has made my first time in Qatar worthwhile and I hope to be back soon. "
