Location is amazing however the facility itself is not at a 5-star rating. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was included in our package and the buffet had lots of choices. Last day, we had to leave at 6am and they provided take out breakfast for us too

This was my first time lodging at a property such as this one. The exterior is reminiscent of that old-world, traditional Islamic architecture, but the interior is completely modernized, comfortable, quiet and decorative without being tacky. The location, per se, is tourist attraction, but it is surrounded by a litany of restaurants, all sorts of shops and walking paths. The Corniche and the MIA are walking distance away. The entry to the Metro Red line is literally next door and rideshares are easy to catch. Breakfast is served across the street at the luxurious Al Nadja hotel and it's definitely worth going.

Our stay in Souq Waqif during hot summer months prior to an African safari was great! The Souq has an authentic feel to it and is immediately adjacent to Museum of Islamic Art and Museum of Qatar which were fascinating. Hot daytime temperatures made outside activities uncomfortable, A quick taxi ride to museums or shopping provided good use of our days. Evenings were magical. The Souq comes to life with hundreds of tiny shops and tourists from all over the world. The Main Street where Tivoli Boutique Hotels are located is air conditioned! Vents direct cool air up into the street making a delicious promenade and outside dining opportunity for everyone. Restaurant at facility was excellent and we enjoyed Al fresco dining both nights. Rooms were spacious and very reasonably priced. We felt closer to the Arab world and a more authentic experience.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Shahin is the best, he was above and beyond, he even walked with us all the way from the parking lot and made the luggage experience smooth; but the whole staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent! We had a lovely stay, we had no idea that there was a series of five or six different hotel buildings in this area that they assign you to. But they were also so nice. They even upgraded us to a very large room. It was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Staff were all top notch. Location is misleading - they have 6 locations, which is why there's only a PO Box listed for address. There's a golf cart at the point marked on map - they shuttle you to whichever hotel from there.
