"On arrival room wasn't ready.Had to wait nearly half an hour. Lift wasn't working so found climbing stairs difficult. Kettle blew all the fuses and had to be replaced.Room was large and bed comfortable."

"Driving up to the hotel, it looked disappintingly like a low end budget hotel....i see now why the first image on expedia was of the attached Carriages Restaurant. On this particular visit, the land close by was being developed... cant hear anything, but the view from the room looked out towards the construction site. Carpet along the hallways was dated. Room itself was good but more attention needs to be paid to dusting.. there were threads of spider web in the coffee cups.. Air...
