"This hotel and a motel feel from the outside and the room I had was roomy, comfy, with microwave and fridge. It was great to pull right into parking and walk directly to registration. I would definitely stay here again."

Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them.
Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least.
